Copy and paste of dynamic range

I didn’t know where to start when creating this macro. In columns A and B I have data. Column A has names and events. All names are listed as NAME: Frank, NAME: Bob, NAME: Fred. All events are Up, Down, Free. Sometimes a rep may have one, or multiple events. Column B is Time. The dynamic range would be from NAME: Bob to the column above NAME: Fred.

So if A6 was NAME: BOB. A7 Free, A8 Up, A9 Free, A10 Down A11 NAME: Fred.
I would want to copy A6 to B10. This data would paste in C1.

If A11 is NAME: Fred, and A12-A17 is Free, Up and Down. A18 is NAME: Frank. Copy A11 to B17.
This data would paste in E1.

I am not able to add a copy of the workbook and hope my explanation helps.
