Novice here...I am trying to create several different sheets from a master file that will have variable rows for creating of keywords and ads for a client. Once I data dump I'd like all sheets to autopopulate with a built in formula in the sheets. Is this possible?

I suggest you look at Excel Tables.

Tables "remember" formulas that are set up in them and copy them down automatically as rows are added or pasted in.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
