A dropdown how to fill on ribbon

I can fill it with a array
i also find a website where i saw how to fill the dropdown or combobox by value on a worksheet.
But i can't find the site any more.


example on sheet1 i have value or text on the range b15 to b20 and i want to use dose value to fill a combobox or dorpdown on the ribbon

What is the code to fill
