Need to edit macro to delete every 5th CELL not every 5th row

I'm having two issues with this macro.

1) I need to SELECT the column I want to run this macro on.
2) I need it to delete ONLY every 5th cell, not the entire row.

As it works now, of course, I don't need to select a column it simply deletes every 5th row.

Do you want to delete the cell and have it moved up. or do you just need to make the cell empty and not move the other cells in the column
