VBA Troubleshooting - Multiple Issues including randomly appearing checkboxes

Hi all,

nigelog has kindly developed the code for the sheet, and it's almost there. There's just a couple errors that need to be sorted out so that the sheet is ready to be used.

The issues I'm having are:

1. Random check boxes appear when dragging the bottom right-hand corner of a cell.
2. When pressing the "Client Update" button, a file explorer window comes up searching for "colourfunc".

Also, one other item that I would like to be added is:

1. Auto numbering for each section in the "Ref" column on Sheet1.

I have attached the sheet that this corresponds to.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, not to worry.

The code you provided renumbers the check boxes which is good, but I also need to auto number the "Ref" column based on each section. e.g. (Under sub heading 1) 1.01, 1.02, 1.03. (Under subheading 2) 2.01, 2.02, 2.03, etc.

Is anyone able to help with this? I'm running out of time to get this finished.
