Very slow small macro (using all cpu space available)

Hi everyone, I'm using a macro I've used previously with no problem.
While trying a new way of calling the macro it now slows WAY down to about 1 cell per second and I don't know way:

Base Macro:

Problem Macro:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

Note that I've disabled the whatevertheyarecalled:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

I've used 'Public Sub GetPayBand' before with no problem so now I'm puzzled.

Any idea where I should look to remedy this?

I'll apply that to some similar macros I have around.
