Cell Formatting Lost on Source Sheet When Pasting to Another Sheet

Hey Everyone. Having a problem where I lose the cell formatting (alignment) on my source sheet during the VBA copy/paste process. If you use the filters on the second sheet and narrow it down to one row, then click "Add To BOM", the data is pasted to the BOM sheet. If you click "Reset", the formatting cell alignment changes. Any way to fix this?

Appreciate the help. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be doing the trick.

Re: Cell Formatting Lost on Source Sheet When Pasting to Another Sheet

****UPDATE*** Think I have this wrong and my subject line is mis-categorizing the issue. The formatting is lost during the "Reset" process as well using the "Add to BOM" function. I think the real problem may involve filtering with the slicers. I lose the formatting when I use the Slicers.
