Are you not familiar with where to put the CODE?

If you are satisfied with the solution(s) provided, please mark your thread as Solved.
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.
just out of interest
who provided you with this code?
it seems pretty much ready to go and custom made for you already...except the body/subject of email
Hi Thanks for your reply! I found the code on this forum! cant remember which thread though.
its my first time running macro. Are you able to pls provide user friendly instructions and any suggesting to how to make it easy to run for end user if I was going to off load this task? ie click button to run macro?
thank you!
here is a reading to get you started
there is plenty of material out there

and

I'm rather surprised how well the code fits your Sample
i've made some adjustments to the code to suit the additional things you requested
added a button so you can run it
though i do recommend you go and at least learn some basics of macro so you understand at least how to alter/amend it yourself should you have problems later on
Thank you sooo much. This is my home work for tonight!
Question, is there any way to running the Macro without having to click the SEND email button multiple times?
If you are certain that all is running smoothly you can replace Display with Send.
Avoid using Select, Selection and Activate in your code. Use With ... End With instead.
You can show your appreciation for those that have helped you by clicking the * at the bottom left of any of their posts.
^what he said
.display is for your viewing/checking and if you are absolutely sure things are as you want it
you can make it .send which will just send without displaying
