column in sheet TTT match column in sheet1 , return the cell value in sheet1 to sheet TTT

Dear all,

attached file with vba code dont work, it is diffcult vba for my limit. pls help

If the column AH(sheetTTT) match column B(sheet1)
And column BF(sheetTTT) match column A(sheet1)

Then column AM(sheetTTT) value
If less than or equal to column D(sheet1) , then return the
Column c(sheet1) , otherwise delete the record

Let have an example,
If row 3 , column am is 98.4, then return 10%
If row 4 , column am is 98.2,then return 10%
If row5, column am is 98.7, then return20%
If row6, column am is 99.3,then return33%
If row 9, column am is 98.5, then return 15%


After vba code the answer in sheetTTT should same as sheet2
