Synchronize multiple users one particular excel work sheet in google sheet?

Dear Forum,

Is there any possibilities to synchronize multiple users one particular excel sheet (even only data entered rows) in google sheet.

Scenario explanation:

One data entry user form has been shared with 4 persons. Everyone they do the entry regularly and their data stored in excel worksheet as data base. Now i want to consolidate all 4 persons data base into one google sheet to get real time data as well as avoid email communication.

If any thought, please guide me to learn this thing.

They are connected with only internet. More over they are not in a same office, they are scattered across the country. Kindly guide me, what are the possibilities are there to get synchronize the data.
