How to copy and paste in cell based on two lookup value

I need to lookup two column and based on value in column-1, Text in column-2 to be copied and pasted in column-3(For all next higher value of column-1 ) until the column-1 value get repeat.
    Example in image.
    Capture.JPG

As shown in image Column-1(D7) have the text F in column-2 which need to be pasted in column-3 wherever next higher value (ie 3 for 2 which is in column-1) of column-1 is available until column-1 value 2 gets repeat.

Same Should be repeated for entire column-3.

If I understand correctly what you want, Column 1 contains a duplicate of number 2 next to Column 2 (letter E), yet letter E is not displayed in Column 3? Only the next duplicate showing F.

Maybe attach a workbook rather than an image.

Letter E would have displayed If there is any value of 3 (Which is next higher of 2) available in the range of 2-2(D6-D7)...As like the range of 2-2 (D7-D25)

Re: How to copy and paste in cell based on two lookup value

Hello raghumech and Welcome to Excel Forum.
The following formula, pasted into cell F3 and dragged down to F30, yields the same values as are shown in column F of the first attached screen shot:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
