Scripting Dictionary to return unique values

Hi,

I am looking to create a scripting dictionary macro where I can enter a value in F1, then reference a table to return all the unique values tied to the value in F1. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried a formula, however, I work with a dynamic data set and approximately 100,000 rows..
