Select data/Sort Data/Delete unwanted data

I have started a new post for my needs all in a macro if possible

I have a database with in excess of 1,400,000 rows, with 60 Columns of data, and I wish to extract just a certain type of data from these rows,

In the attached (VERY MUCH CUT DOWN FILE ), some of the data I have copied in column E to A, it is in column A that I wish to extract the information any VK (X being any number between 0 to 9) followed by the letter R, any letter after the R is irrelevant so

eg: VK4RLW or VK3RAA, but say VK4AA would not be collected.

Then sort all the data file removing any file that is not that does not comply with the above example
