Sum quantity and price based on first 2 characters

Please see the attached file, I am looking for a macro to sum quantity and price based on the first 2 characters of available data in column B. Please help me.

As a beginner can solve this just using Excel easy formulas via SUMIF worksheet function,
if really a code is needed (but I really can't guess why !) activate the Macro Recorder and operate manually :
