run time error
Below is my code, I am trying to use the substitute function on this given range and I'm getting this error I have tried a lot of different things and googled a lot but can't seem to find the issue.

Sheets("Compiled Table For Report").Select
Range("O1:O860").Select
ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = "=SUBSTITUTE(RC[-9],""*"","""",1)"
Selection.AutoFill Destination:=Range("O1:O860"), Type:=xlFillDefault
End Sub
Run-time error '1004'
AutoFill method of Range class failed
