Serial # Financial year auto generation

HI Experts,

Find excel sheeet as an example :

Q : When i put Invoice Number in Invoice Coloumn then automatically the running serial number shoud come.
Q : THere is one company coloumn it shoud be copied below without any chnages
Q " Financial year shoud chnage are appear as per the invoice date ( Given FY Range )

RI need macro for this Once this is solved im going to add more.
