VBA send worksheet in outlook email as paste values

Hello,

The attached workbook has a macro that will send the Accruals worksheet as an email to someone specified on the Input tab. I got some feedback on this today that the end user receiving the email is not able to edit or save the worksheet they receive. I believe it is because the workbook gets to them and has references that they no longer have access to. This sheet originally is inside of another workbook with many other tabs that this Accruals tab will reference for data.

My question: is there a way to have this worksheet emailed through the current code (or completely different if it works) so the end user does not see the "Enable Content" button and the workbook is not in any protected sort of view so they can open the worksheet from the email and work in it as normal? I was thinking to add code somewhere to paste the entire sheet as values before saving it and having it sent, but I need to ensure the format is kept too. Can anyone please help me accomplish this?
