I have added two buttons in a new sheet, the first to check patterns and the second to clear the area.

The macro will first count how many numbers are within 1 and 10, 11 and 20, 21 and 30 and store this triplet in an array, then check for patterns in row 4.

Sorry, it wasn't clear from the start you were going to add rows at the bottom.

I have updated (and tidied up a little) the code. Now you can add rows after the last, and add triplets on the right as long as you follow the same pattern: one column empty, three with numbers.
The area to check is identified based on the first and last row used on column A. For columns I assumed you will keep this layout, with letters written two rows above the first pattern.
The table on the right is now one row below the first used, and should stay there. Area is cleared automatically every time you click on the button.
