Trying to populate listbox from named range without blanks

Any help would be appreciated. I'm trying to populate a listbox from a named range that is multiple columns. The Rowsource property only seemed to pull in one column and it didn't take out the blanks. I found this code online and it seems to "almost work". It populates the listbox with the right number of items, but they're all blank. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. The excel file is attached and the listbox is listbox1 from the userform that is accessed from the dashboard. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
