Range.Value function refusing to output string in Sheet2, but can in Sheet1

The statement supposed to a output the String "Hello" to cell F2 of Sheet2, is called with a user defined function.

    This is the full code

Forum won't let me post the full code.

The Range.Value function in the 'main method' is able to output the string to the desired location in Sheet1, but can't do the same to Sheet2 as well.
