Clear Rows Content Based on Cell value and key word

Hello. I am working on a macro that would clear row contents based on a cell value and key word.

The sequence of steps would be:

On the input sheet there would be a cell value of 1 or 0 in front of a Name (Ex: Alex)
On 2nd sheet (List) i want all rows containing ex (Alex) to be cleared of content.
