Export an excel sheet to access tabel

    Hi all,

i have search the web to find af solution for my request. No luck!

I'm trying to export the content on af sheet in excel, to a new tabel in access. (pretty simple i guess?)

My database is called: Database1.accdb and is located here: C:\Users\sma\Documents\Database1.accdb
The sheet i wan't to export from excel, is called: "Budgettal". The range is B2:I72. Row 2 contains the headers of my tabel. The excel file is not located in the same path as my database.

The easy way is to make a linked tabel from access, but in the future, my excelfile is located in af place with no folder path. It only get a temporary folder path when it is open. So i want excel to export the sheet to access before closing the workbook.

The name of the tabel in access, should be the same name as cell C10 on a sheet called: "SAG".

First time the workbook is exporting hte content, it should create the table in access if it not exists, and name it the same as cell C10 in "SAG". If the tabel excists, it should just overwrite the content in the tabel.

    I hope it make sences.

Have in mind when you answer, that im a newbe to exporting data from excel, som be exact

As you have Office 365, you should be able to use Power Query (Get & Transform). See if this helps: https://support.office.com/en-us/art...f-fb4edb723525

There seem to be a lot of tutorials if you Google it. We get very few Access related questions here, I'm afraid.

It is easier to import the table using the Access Wizard versus exporting the file from Excel. In Access, click on External Data, New Data Source and select Excel. Then follow the step by step wizard.

Yes, but as i said in my Thread, the excelfile does not have a location before it's open. The location it gets when it's open, is temporary. So i can not use the "import from access" function. I need to export from excel.
