Color Change Scrollbar

Hello
Click the button for “click here to start” then you will the scrollbar on the right side and in the bottom.

How do I change the color on the scrollbar on both side. There is scrollbar on the side up and down and below there is left and right. As of now it does show as gray color. Is there any way to change that color ?
