    Excel VBA To Set Picture layour

    Greetings -> I am importing an image into my word doc and then right clicking and Picture -> Layout -> In front of text

    Now what I have realized is that in Word 2016 if you attempt to record a macro you can not right click the .txt file that I just imported.

    What is the VBA syntax to set the Layout in front of text?

    In this instance this is for Excel 2016 - i know my profile says 2013 so I wanted to clarify.
