auto fill userform from cell

Hi all I was after information on a user form that will pop up with the information from the relevant cell that is clicked the clickable row would be in coloum A

I can get the form to pop up but for the life of me cannot work out how to have it fill in the data from rows ie row 6 A to T

It will be easier for us to assist if you could attach the file so we can see the issue in context.

To attach a sample workbook click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

in it you will see coloum a i want to click it to open a userform with the details from that row

There's no form... or code to make it show when you you click column A.
Your first post made me think you'd sorted all that already. Is that not the case?

If not then we're going to need a little more info on what you want this form to look like / contain.
