Find and Replace Loop that looks up values in range for Search criteria

Hi guys,

I want a code to be able to take the value in S, loop through column I to see if it finds that string embedded anywhere in the text descriptions, if there is a match, I would like to replace the value in column Q of the corresponding row where we got a match with the value in V

For example. In the table S7:V20 there this data

Is there a way to make a code to accomplish this? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Beause you want to replace values in column "Q" you want a macro not a formula,... is it ?

In Sheets "Database"

No such sheet available...

Code would search I:I for "EUR/USD Premium-Quote"

No such values available in Col I

For current upload ... perhaps this ....

In Column S of that table I have names of securities

loops through your Find/replace table and replaces description codes ...

Thank you Lougs7 for the rep and if you were using the code I sent you have seen there a buch of Const you may adjust versus you next modifications
