    hello please generate all the formations of each pattern
    we have 3 layers or 3 groups, in the letters A.B.C that indicate the position
    ex = 1 2 4 means a number in A two numbers in B and 4 numbers C
    * The MACRO should generate all formations according to the pattern in the header
    * my lottery is 31/7, 7 numbers are drawn in 01 to 31
    A 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10
    B 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20
    C 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31
