Hi,

I need VBA Code to copy the data from different columns based on condition defined across multiple Spreadsheets and also refresh button to erase data collected.
Since it is monthly rolling task I have to run this code every month to get fresh data.

Which columns, which conditions, which sheets ....?
Attach an Excel sample file it makes things easier

I cant able to attach file, I will brief you about requirement.

I have around 170 excel workbooks in folder,however each file in 15th column may contain "NDA" as text, if it is found then it has to copy data from 2nd and 4th Column in new worksheet in Column A and B.(BUT New worksheet should be created once)also it has to create Hyperlink for the file name in column C from which it has taken data.
and I also need Clear all option to delete data after running this code.Since it is monthly rolling task I can collect fresh data after successful running of this code.

Please let me know if you need further Clarification.

Where do want the macro to be stored: In which file

BUT New worksheet should be created once)

the new worksheet in present in each of the 170 excel workbooks: What is it's name
If it already exist what do we do with this sheet ?

in which cell ??
