Split cell and copy row down

I need to split cells in column E, like the following.

Mr & Mrs Smith

to become

Mr Smith
Mrs Smith

In two separate lines, while keeping, and copying the rest of the row into the new line as well. The issue comes from the fact that the same must happen for every iteration of "Mr & Mrs", ie, "Mr and Mrs Smith", "Mr Smith, Mrs Smith" and so on.
There are also a few times where the cell contains "Mr Smith Mrs Smith". To be even more demanding, this also needs to include the same variances of Mr & Mr, Mrs & Mrs, and so on and so forth.

I realise that this is potentially a very compicated, extensive and possibly tedious task, but I have almost no experience with VBA, and can't find anything online indicating where to start.
