Get value of formula into userform textbox

Hi,

The bellow are the few lines of code from a long subroutine

Means I am getting value from a closed workbook's Sheet "Company" and Cell B4 in activewrokbooks's F2 and then loading that value into txtdomain. Any way to get rid of the bridge (F2) and get the value directly into txtDomain?

I do have a sheet named "Company" in the closed workbook but still error subscript out of range.

Opps sorry for the inconvenience . My sheet name had some spelling mistake . but now the update values window is poping up.

That means either file name/path name/ sheet name is still wrong.
