Macro to find text in Word and then exctract the full sentence to Excel

Hi all,

Is there a macro that can
1. Select a Word docx file
2. Search for multiple text strings
3. Copy the full sentence that contains the strings found in step 2

I have attached the Word document and expected Excel output. The text string criteria for Step 2 is in column C of the attached Excel, but I would like that embedded into the code itself.
