Show Continuous Time Running on Form.

Hi. I need some great experts hand on my project pls.

Please refer my attached project.

I just need to have Digital Time running on my form with seconds tickling on Labels named as TimeL & TimeR on both forms.

I am able to show only time as Now when Form initialized.
