Building Connection between table and update with button

Lets say i have 2 tables, table#1 in file#1 and table#2 in file#2. File#2 is save in a Shared Drive while File #1 is in my desktop. I wan a button in File#1 that
when i click "Add and Update", the following will occur,

Table#2 would be copy and paste to Table#1, (possible a connection and refresh? I not sure.)
then whatever i add will go to Table#1 and File#2.Table#2 at lastrow+1.

I hope to do this without opening File#2. Possible?

Just to add, my intention is that all user have their own File#1 in their desktop. Hence whenever they click the button, File#2.table#2 would be updated as well. Hence File#2 would be like a Database.
Like lets say if User#1 click, the S/N would be #1, User#2 click he would automatically be assigned S/N#2 etc.
