Replace " character with another in cell text

Hello,
I want to replace the character " from a cell text with another (_) but I can not do this with
.Replace What:=""", Replacement:="_", LookAt:=xlPart
beacuse I get syntax error. What is the simplest way to do this without writing a lot of code?
