Recalculate function in Auction Bid Sums.xlsm‎ obtained from Help Forum

I'm a basic excel user who was asked to run an excel spreadsheet for a non-profit live auction that our group runs once a year. I found a spreadsheet with built in macros and pivot table that works perfectly for my use but I cannot figure out how to get it to recalculate Column E and F when values are changed in Columns B and C...?
