Date Picker Required for Table

I have an Excel table that has some date fields. When the user clicks in a cell that requires a date i want a date picker to open and the underlying cell fills from the selection.

Since it is table, I want new rows in the table to inherit the date picker as the input method for the associated cells (much like conditional formatting or data validation rules in tables).

I can't work out how to get the date picker to display in the required cells.

I'm using Office 2013 Professional Plus 64-bit
