I would use a helper column for this.
Find Last Row in WBA
Find Last Row in WBB
Put a formula in an empty column to Flag the rows to copy.
Sort the data or use a filter
Copy the data across
Repeat.
I assume that you are comparing column E to Column E in both direction
Then column H to H in both directions
Then column I to I in both directions
and
Then column J to J in both directions
Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.

If it is not important to you then it definitely is not important to me.
The problem I have is this needs to be in VBA.
