hello every one please find below attached file and help me to set a selected view for each date like if i want to work on 02.10.2018 shift B instead of scrolling down is there a drop down menu at the starting cell to select desired date shift view and all other sheets should be invisible but also be accessable when required.

This would require vba.
I do not see a dropdown menu
For now just to get a code, you can enter the Shift to find in the inputbox that will pop up when you run the code, this would only work for actual shifts.
It will just select the shift are and set also set it as the print area.

indeed there is no drop down menu yet but is it possible to consider every shift seperately and add a drop down menu to show only single date specific shift. lets say i want to work on 03-10-2018 shift A and select from the drop down menu and only that appears all other should be hided.
Did you not even try the code I gave you? The code has an input box to enter the shifts you want to find. Since your sample had no dropdown menu, I had nothing else I could use.
I gave you a code that would zoom to the selected cells, you also mentioned you wanted the other cells readily available, that can't happen if you have them hidden.
