LINK to specific sheet once logon successfully: HOW TO CODE IT?

Everyone.

I have attached a sample sheet with userform.

I need a code that whenever a user entered a specific school id, and then clicked on login button, the user can ONLY access the specific sheet which match the school id.

Kindly use the following credentials for login:
School: Amalao Elementary School
School ID: 120071
Password: AES120071
