    .Ontime Prefix

I've got a workbook that is shared between multiple users. I have 1 PC setup to send a series of emails daily at 07:30 using the .Ontime method when opening excel. My question is will this send daily at 07:30 is the workbook is left open all the time or do I need to reopen it daily on said machine? The machine is hardly used as its a spare PC hence why I'm trying to set it up to send the mails automatically.

Pretty sure it will. But what's the problem with setting up a test to send yourself an email each day for a few days?

    Re: .Ontime Prefix

Once the macro specified in the original .OnTime call has been executed, it won't execute again. After it has been run, you'll need to call .OnTime again using 07:30 the next day as the scheduled time.

Should have said I think you’ll need to reschedule the .ontime event.
