Pasting Range Data from Different Sheet in Next Empty Row

I have a code that I cant seem to get working fully. The point of this is to take the data -only- from a range (not the entire row) from one sheet and paste the data into another sheet. This is initiated from typing the word "Move" in a column. The problem is it seems to just paste the range over the same row in the "Pending" sheet.

I cant seem to fix it because its copying range data so I am having trouble finding the answer on other similar pages from within Excel Forum. I apologize if this was answered elsewhere.

I was under the impressions that the "p = p + 1" would mean that it would not paste over the same row in the new sheet...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Perfect, that first one worked AB33. I am not sure why this was saving over that data in my spreadsheet based on how this is formatted. Thank you so much for the assistance.
