Rearrange data output!

Hello everyone,

I have an excel macro to convert a tabular data into a flatfile (thanks for ExcelForum) and it does my needs, however I would like to improve it and get the result more compacted, for example having revenue and COS ins the same line for similar products/customers regions etc

I attached a file with the macro result and the expected result.
