Require code altering to keep table contents at the top

Hi I've the following code for sorting data in a table. The only problem is depending on the number of entries all the data is moved to the bottom of the table. I need it to start from B3. Any help would be appreciated.

why not delete emty rows in table ?

I need to have 50 rows available for the user to enter data into the table. Yes any rows not used can be deleted but I'd need the code not the user to do this. Can you help?

table does not need empty rows, it expand itself when entering new row of data
