How can I specificy a range of clumns while using last row?

I need help with the following code. I'm writing a macro that automatically copies and pastes data from another sheet. I need to the code to look at the last used row and paste data in each cell ranging from column C to column N. Once this range is filled, I copy the current region, offset a few rows and paste the formatting. Then I clear the contents and need to code to start pasting the data every month every time i run the code in the new last row from columns C to column N and repeat once this new range is filled.

This is the code i have so far. I cant get it to start filling data into the new last row. once the original last row had been filled from C:N.
