how to set up VBA loop to create multiple word document

I am a newbie using VBA. I have a task to create 100 reports for 100 employees.

The employee list is in an excel book. I also have a word document as template.

What I need, use the template to create a report for each employee and save the report as word document.

    Thanks for any input!
