Certainly a stupid question, but don't use filter in sheet"plist" to make the display you want ??

In sheet "EST-SHT" header are
From where in sheet "plist" to pick up the data to fill columns ?Est No. Bid Date Type Source/Contact Responsible Commercial Est No. Comments Go, No Go Score Bid to
