Copy Source Worksheet to Target Worksheet updating Named Ranges (with Source Ranges)

I have a Several different Workbooks that deal with different data. Each workbook has a sheet with employee information and named ranges that are referenced.
When employee changes - I have a template sheet that i update with all pertinant info adding rows and deleting rows. This has Named ranges (mirroring the Targets)

So if I cop[y the sheet from source to Target

Works BUT Ranges do not come over

When I copy the Ranges

I get error (existing Named Ranges with the name)

I would like to Copy the info over - replace Target Ranges (without deleting and #Ref error in formulas of Target WorkBook) with Source Ranges

AND add any new Named Ranges from Source
