Merge cells only if the following cell is empty

At the file in column A I have data and sometimes there are empty cells that follow the data. How can I merge only those cells that is followed by empty cell
after section results are in column M

Thanks a lot for both of you
The first code is working well but the second merges all the empty cells and the only one empty cell is to be merged not all the empty cells
