How to merge empty with filled cells without deleting?

Hello everyone,

I have a table divided to 2 groups of 3 cells.
I want to make it ONE group of 3 cells, so I have to merge the others.
The problem is that I can't just COPY-PASTE, because empty cells from the second group would ruin my first group.

I'm attaching an example:
example.xlsx

For instance, I'm worrying that D6:F6 would delete my current A6:C6.

Is there any solution for this action?
