Empty Cells needed to be filled using formula

Hello,

I have a problem, I have this database export where I have an accountID and an accountName...

the AccountID is the same for all users under the Business name(AccountName)...

my problem is that all users have the AccountID but the AccountName is blank for every user after the Initial AccountName Row. I need to fill these AccountNames, I have the AccountID to work with. I need to make a formula or something so that it takes this first entry of the AccountName and puts it in all the blank AccountNames of the Users with the same AccountID.

Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks

I'm not sure exactly, but see if the attached spreadsheet helps. Cell B5 has the formula

That seems to be the right formula, but will it work for entire column of 18 digit IDs? Thank you so much for your help!!
